H2O Surplus is a privately owned company that provides pre-owned equipment, refurbished as well as new equipment for water and wastewater plants. We are also the sole distributor in Southeast Asia of the Water-CTI Zero-Liquid-Discharge Cooling Tower Technology.
Our professional staff combined with our sister company (Integrated Design Technology in Oakland, California established in 1984) personnel, has the engineering and manufacturing expertise required to provide high quality and cost effective solutions to water and wastewater treatment concerns for private industry and governmental agencies.
